Do you cook & want to treat your guests to a fantastic meal, but aren't sure just what to prepare? I would be happy to relay tried and true, easy to follow old family recipes and instructions for you to really knock their socks off by pairing these marvelous courses with appropriate wines.

For restaurant/food services management.... 
Do you have staff that would benefit from being able to speak informatively and candidly on the wine selections you have at your establishment? Even better if they could pair them with the items on your menu!

For private club managers.... 
Would you like to host an event for your members, to educate them on the wines that would pair well with the foods listed on your menu? What a great way to help them make informed decisions while meeting their quarterly minimum! It would be my pleasure to help any and all of you!
